My experience spans real-world environment capture, running driving-plate shoots and preparing imagery for virtual production. I understand the plate as both a location image and part of the final shot.
From a single-lens, stitchless camera setup to the image playing on the volume, I connect the capture decisions with the compositing work that follows.
